Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

 

⦁ If a discounted service package was selected.

 

⦁ Once the initial design concept has been approved by the client.

 

⦁ When revision requests have already been made.

 

⦁ For design projects marked as urgent or rush orders.

 

⦁ If cancellation occurs for reasons unrelated to the company’s performance.

 

⦁ When the client remains unresponsive or unreachable for over two weeks during the project.

 

⦁ If any company policies or terms have been breached.

 

⦁ When another company or designer has been hired for the same project.

 

⦁ If the creative brief provided lacks necessary details.

 

⦁ In cases where a full redesign has been requested.

 

⦁ If the refund request is made after the allowed refund period has expired.

 

⦁ If the business is shutting down, rebranding, or undergoing a name change.

 

⦁ Requests based on ‘change of mind,’ ‘partner disagreements,’ or any other reasons not directly related to the service will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
