Revision Policy

Revisions are provided based on the chosen package. Clients are welcome to request unlimited modifications at no extra cost, provided the original design concept stays the same. Revisions will be completed within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

In any case, any payments made will not be eligible for reimbursement if the initial design and concepts (once delivered) are accepted or if changes are requested, except if AceBookPublishing cancels or terminates your agreement for reasons other than your violation or failure to perform.

 

Refund requests will be handled as follows:

 

If a refund request is submitted before the delivery of initial logo concepts, you will qualify for a full refund (minus a 10% administrative and processing fee). However, once you approve or request modifications to the initial concepts, the refund option becomes void, and no refund requests will be accepted.

 

Similarly, if the project enters the revision stage, the refund option becomes void, and no refund requests will be entertained.

 

If a refund request is made within 48 hours of payment, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% administrative and processing fee).

 

If a refund request is submitted within 48 to 96 hours after receiving the initial design, you may qualify for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

 

After 96 hours from the delivery of the initial design, refund requests will not be accepted. However, our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction means you are encouraged to contact us so we can resolve your concerns.

 

No refund requests will be considered if the customer remains inactive for 7 business days. Should you wish to resume your order, an additional fee will apply based on your project’s requirements.

 

Likewise, refund requests will be declined if the customer remains unresponsive for 5 business days at any stage of the project.

 

All refund requests must be directed to our support department.AceBookPublishing retains the right to evaluate and either approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

No refunds will be granted once final files have been delivered.

 

For website package deals, refunds will not be considered once the initial mockup has been revised or inner pages have been developed and approved by the client.

For AceBookPublishing or Custom bundles, refund policies are the same as for individual services. For example, if you purchase a logo and website package and approve the logo design, refunds are only applicable to the website portion, provided the request is made at the initial design stage.

 

A refund request must include a valid reason supported by the project brief and client feedback. Refunds will not be approved unless the design has failed to meet the original brief, though additional revisions will be offered to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Additionally, both parties (AceBookPublishing and the client) agree not to publicly criticize or attack each other, including any employees, affiliates, or partners, on public platforms, blogs, or social media, either during or after the contract period. In the event of a breach, the violating party will be required to pay reasonable compensation as determined by the non-breaching party for damages incurred.

 

Our Money Back Guarantee is valid only when the request is made in good faith. If a client submits design requests to multiple agencies for the same project to secure a refund, AceBookPublishing reserves the right to refuse any refund request.

 

Every design project requires client participation before the final design is completed. Therefore, we encourage clients to remain actively engaged and provide timely feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

 

Our 100% unique design promise ensures that you are entitled to a new logo if the one provided by AceBookPublishing is found to be substantially similar to an existing design. Any resemblance is purely coincidental, and AceBookPublishing disclaims any responsibility or obligation for compensation. Clients are responsible for obtaining copyright protection for their artwork.

How To Claim Your Refund

To ensure that your refund request is handled efficiently and approved, please follow the steps outlined below.

Once your refund is processed, all rights to the design will revert to AceBookPublishing, and you will no longer have any legal rights to use any version of the design provided by us.

 

⦁ Because the rights to the design will be transferred to AceBookPublishing, you agree to relinquish any direct or indirect rights to use, distribute, or claim ownership of any feedback, content, deliverables, or media associated with the design.

 

⦁ In cooperation with Government Copyright Authorities, AceBookPublishing will submit copyright information for refunded designs to restrict their reuse as original work in the future.

Web Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting services are included at no additional charge in applicable packages.

 

Any email accounts provided with the website package can be set up on external email platforms like Outlook.

 

Should you choose to host your website elsewhere, we will not provide email accounts.

File Retention

We securely archive your finalized design once the final files are delivered. If you need access to these files again, we’re happy to resend them upon request.
